What we collect
- Account data: your email address and username. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- Photos you submit: outfit photos (Rate my fit, AI edits, captions-from-photo) and pose reference screenshots are sent to our server and forwarded to Google's Gemini API for analysis. We do not store your photos on our servers. Only the resulting text (score, verdict, critique, captions) is saved to your account history.
- Content you create: caption prompts and results, feed-grid layout entries, and brand-kit inputs (follower counts, rates) are stored so the app can show them back to you.
- We do not collect: contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
How photos are processed
Photos are processed by Google's Gemini API under Google's API terms. We use the paid API tier, which does not use your content to train Google's models. Photos are transmitted over HTTPS and are not retained by us after analysis.
Your controls
- Delete your account any time in the app (account screen → "Delete my account"). This permanently removes your account, rating history, captions, and grid data from our servers.
- Change your password in the app.
- Story exports, pose shots, and edited photos are saved only to your device's camera roll. We never see them.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except the AI processing described above and the infrastructure providers that host our servers.
Age
Lumaire is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not create an account if you are under that age.
