1. The service. Lumaire provides AI-assisted content tools for creators: outfit ratings, captions, story templates, feed planning, photo presets and edits, pose guides, posting reminders, trend summaries, and media-kit generation.
2. Your content. You keep all rights to photos and text you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them (including via third-party AI providers) solely to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to any photo you upload, including photos of other people you use as pose references.
3. AI output. Ratings, critiques, captions, edits, trends, and rate-card suggestions are AI-generated. They are opinions and starting points, not professional, financial, or business advice. Brand-kit pricing is a suggestion; you set your own rates.
4. Acceptable use. No uploading unlawful content, content involving minors in inappropriate contexts, or other people's private photos without permission. No abusing, reverse-engineering, or overloading the service.
5. Subscriptions. Paid tiers (Pro, Creator) are billed through your app store and renew until cancelled there. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds follow your app store's policy.
6. Availability. The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be rate-limited, degraded, or unavailable at times. Free-tier limits (for example, the number of free ratings) may change.
7. Termination. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
